ReplyDeleteThis bat is sturdy but not too heavy for my four-year old. An excellent piece of equipment for a just beginning learner.
ReplyDeleteIt's perfect. It's got a good grip, it's firm enough to hit a plastic ball (or perhaps a softball too - I haven't tried that yet). It's safe due to the foam but study enough to be a real bat / not like the old nerf stuff that you really couldn't play with.Perhaps not good for very small children, as it's only a few inches shy of a regulation bat, but it's a fun toy as well as a useable bat.
