First of I recently had many bats but they all broke or didn't satisfy me anymore. But when I happened to stumble upon this one in particular, what can I say I instantly liked it. I bought it for Baseball games. But then I started using it for Pinatas at parties. I Did not certainly stop there, I found many great uses for this, it's good against bullies. Smacking teachers in the head, putting people to sleep for long durations of time. Breaking Mailboxes at night, throwing them at random people. And all around hitting a baseball bat. Great Product.

  2. Mattingly Youth V-Grip Fierce Baseball Bat, 31/20-Ounce:GREAT PRICE GREAT BAT!! One less thing to remember while working on the batting mechanics with my son. His knuckles line up "comfortably" and easily every time with the V-Grip technology. In turn, he is rolling his wrist through smoothly and able to concentrate on the rest of his mechanics. He used the bat at his first practice last night and hit consistently and with better power than previously. I was concerned that the sweet spot looked a little smaller than some other bats, but even when he hit a little low or toward the end of the bat, the ball jumped off the bat with a nice pop whether he pushed it to the opposite field or pulled it. After throwing batting practice, a parent came up to me and I explained about the V-Grip technology and the benefits to the hitting mechanics. In turn, I helped him order a V-Force 28" 16oz. for his son last night. Hope it's here for the game on Monday!!Mattingly Youth V-Grip Fierce Baseball Bat

  3. This bat did exactly what I hoped and that was teach proper knuckle alignment. I explained how it worked to my 7 year old and once in the batting cage he went right to his old habits. I had him reset and after about 3 hits I saw him adjusting his grip to the correct knuckle alignment. After the first bucket I ask him how he liked it and he said the first couple kind of stung. I asked if it hurt and he said no it just didn't feel right. I asked him if he was ready to go back to his old bat and he said no he liked this one.One thing I didn't like at first was the sound and that it didn't seem to have the "pop" of his old bat. I looked at the bat and there were no ball marks in the sweet spot. On the second and third bucket the sound still wasn't the same but the results were better. I checked the bat and all the ball marks were in the sweet spot.
